"Kevin and his team transformed our backyard by seamlessly extending our existing awning, adding a beautiful travertine overlay, expanding the patio, and creating a clean, well-designed fire pit pad. The biggest win is our dogs are absolutely obsessed with the new space." Cassie Barnett, Google review

Benodore Construction is awesome! Kevin makes sure you as the home owner are always in the loop, the work gets done quickly and to a standard you just don't find anymore. He helped us convert a sitting room that flowed into our master bedroom into two separate rooms. This included relocating a balcony door! Absolutely happy with the work done!
If you want an honest contractor stop looking and choose Benodore!
We bought a new house and were in the process of designing our backyard and getting bids. I ended up getting in touch with Kevin, who was prompt and knowledgeable. He was very transparent and kept us on the same page throughout the project duration.
We went into contract with him to build a large wrap around bench and fire pit, which included running natural gas line and required city permitting. In addition, we built a large 8' tall L-shaped wall for our outdoor kitchen, which also required permitting. Kevin handled all of it, installed per plan and passed inspections without issues.
He was courteous, easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend him.
The design of the new master bath did not provide any privacy for the glass door on the walk-in shower. Kevin was able to purchase and install a barn door to provide that privacy. He worked to provide us with options and completed the work in a couple of weeks from the first discussions to the completed installation. We can't rate our experience with Kevin high enough.
We couldn't be happier with the work from Benodore Construction. The turf installation tied everything together perfectly and looks incredibly natural. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really show. Kevin was professional, communicative, and kept the project moving smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend Benodore Construction!
Did a fantastic job tiling my outdoor steps and front porch. Started earlier than expected, helped put extra tiles away and everything.
Tell us about the project, big or small. We'll get back to you fast to set up a walkthrough.
